★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having hybrid warning issue and attended few other mechanics, all of them pinpointing to some other stuff that costs hefty money $$$$$. End up here, run few checkups, and found some ducting issue and fix it. Paying only 5% of previously quoted price by other mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told them my hybrid battery is weak and I need battery reconditioning service, they took my car for diagnosis and told me that my hybrid battery is weak and returned my car as they don't do battery reconditioning and charged me RM350 for diagnosis, I asked for diagnosis print out and they said there is no fault to print out.
Unhappy because I already notified the problem and yet they took my car for diagnosis ( my regular mechanic has already identified the problem) I don't find them honest and I know how he will respond to my complaint. I don't believe they ever used a diagnostic computer at all.
My regular mechanic already gave me a picture of the diagnosis, I sent my car for battery reconditioning, if you don't know don't accept the car, LOOKING FOR FREE MONEY.
