โ โ โ โ โ Replies from customer service through WhatsApp is so slow. She also has limited knowledge about computer issue. User can't possibly take picture of every windows that popping out due to error. They need picture for even simple explanation like save as window keep popping up. Kindly find someone who familiar with computer issues for customer service.

CS get back to me the next day offering to check my laptop. I had already contacted different repair shop - intended to upgrade SSD and reformat. Turns out Techouz offered slightly better package and I agreed to get their service. Overall is good, replies not so slow anymore though I still think the CS should explore more on computer thingy issues. That way you can assist customers better.

โ โ โ โ โ The service and the way they treat the customer is really damn good? Perfect 10 out of 10??. Last week, I just sent them my laptop to be upgraded to SSD as my laptop really hangs a lot and that's irritating me. But now, everything going smoothly after they upgraded my laptop. The courier service also really nice as they already arranged everything for their customer. Really nice. This girl (Wani) really good in assisting the customer. I really like the way she treating customers. Such a helpful person??

โ โ โ โ โ I have used Technouz service last year and recently I also relied on them to repair and upgrade my laptop. They always offer promotions, hence the price is affordable for me. The services usually required 5 days to complete, and TIP TOP! Thank you Techouz for your excellent service!

โ โ โ โ โ went to techouz at around the end of march 2022 to upgrade my laptop. initially planned to upgrade ssd but changed my mind after seeing my bloated battery pack. so i changed my battery instead, upgraded ram (from 4gb to 12gb), format and cleaning all together. before this, my laptop did not have any problem (such as lagging and crashing) but after sending to techouz, all these problems occurred. i used to play pc game and record it simultaneously smoothly, but now i can't even play it alone without lagging (bear in mind that my ram is currently 12gb). my google chrome even crashed and force closed everything, - at the time this happened, i did not open as much tabs as i did before the upgrade (i never had this issue before).
not to mention the high cpu, memory and disk percent (again, i never encountered this before) - and i did not even open heavy softwares at the moment. honestly i regret doing these upgrade when my laptop is working fine. sure, you can get your laptop repaired/upgraded at low and affordable price for students especially, but NOT at the best quality. i will regret this forever though.
note: they did not clean my laptop properly though (externally, for internal idk), i can see the dusts stuck on some of the keyboard keys
