Owner Friendly, kindly. The 3 bedroom house is very clean and comfortable. Easy access to Kelbang Square, Submarine Museum. Many interesting restaurants nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Masa bertandang, flush tandas tak berfungsi dan gas memasak habis. Sinki dapur bocor. Tak pasti kebetulan atau apa.
-Cermin dalam bilik dan tandas kecik sangat, tak puas orang perempuan nak make-up.
-Air conditioner dah berusia, tapi masih sejuk.
-Keadaan luar depan dan belakang nampak kurang terurus.
-Owner/pengurus agak friendly.
-During time, toilet flush does not work and cooking gas runs out. The kitchen sink is leaking. Not sure what a coincidence or what.
-The mirror in the room and the toilet are very small, women are not satisfied with make-up.
-The water conditioner is old, but still cold.
-The external conditions of the front and back seem to be poorly managed.
-Owner/manager is quite friendly.
