β β β β β Worst customer service. 3star is for Mr Ken of Logistics who was very attentive of my queries. If not for Mr Ken, they are not worth a single star. Picture (left) is per website but what I received as per picture (right). Worst still, the 6drawer cabinet received without drawer knobs. Had to fix it myself with the plastic knobs & screws given were not match. They have "tidak apa" attitude and just take customers for granted. Do not ever order 'pre order' furnitures, you will have to wait forever, if you dont call them to check the ETA.
