β β β β β I have never been to such an unprofessional workplace, strong patronage system, lack of acknowledgement, horrible managment, fake? They even made sure the workers with issue wouldn't be around whenever the headquarter people came and visit. #Applause

β β β β β Everything is so bad here. Please donβt come. The management, colleagues, organization norms. This is one of the worst workplaces in my life. They donβt care how stuffs feel as long as they have productivities. Many of my friends went back home already. You would stay abandonly as long as you can produce something to them.

β β β β β As a foreigner. Been employed in here for 3 years in Japanese Market. The company culture are pretty comfortable. Free meals and drinks. 13th bonus salary. Don't listen that 1 star givers, they are worst trash from other companies being cheap hired. This is the only BPO you can trust in MALAYSIA.

My team has been shortlisted for 21 people and within a few months, there were 17 people quitted from here because of bad management and the new hired team like us was abandoned by the supervisor and manager and once they paid us the delayed salary, the manager didn't give any curtain explanation nor apology firstly. I think this company should realize and emphasize the small position employees more and more. I was the one who quit from here, and at least I hope, the company will focus employee's feedback, then learn from those feedback and your mistake from the past and make your management better.
Believe me or not, someone had applied to work here with high intention, and faithfulness, but you made the scar on their heart by your bad management.
