★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not able to call my office number since last Thursday, line was engaged even though nobody was using the phone. My staff has called the Head of Technical of this company and he promised to fix it last week but it was not fixed up to today which I found out by accident when i tried calling my office number again. I told my staff that the turnaround time is 3 days and it is now almost 1 week and it is still not fixed. I was annoyed and I called the Operations Manager to make a complaint and the first thing the Operations Manager told me was he will hang up my call if I continue to be furious and he doesn't know who my staff is and that there were no complaint about the phone line breakdown. He also implied that my staff was lying to me as she never filed a complaint last week as this is the first time he heard of the phone line problem.
As a customer, I have the right to be annoyed as if the line is down it means our stakeholder can't contact us. And it affects our business. The attitude of the operations manager is unacceptable.
