★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Cozy, spacious, clean, flat tv with satellite channel, perfect for a romantic or family gateaway. They dont serve breakfast but there's a cafe next to the property.
Con: Wifi have good signal but no internet line. The staf dont even care about it. If u need internet connection, don't stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever....it did not have any signboard, the room is dirty, lot of mosquitoes, 1 month old expired instant coffee, lobby is not a lobby..its actually a car part for owner...so we as a guess need to park without a roof to unload our luggage during heavy rain. No staff stand by when we want to check out. Do not choose seaview...if you are a light sleeper..because the room is not sound proof and the view not even worth a penny. Kindda expensive for budget hotel with lack of quality in services. The only good point for this hotel is..it is near to restaurant with student price as it near to uitm dungun...maybe this is the only reason why this hotel survived....near to uitm or else if they did not improve...they will bungkus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly. Room is fairly clean but the lights is horrible with the cables sticking out of the tv and air conditioner. But very strategic location and clean. Ample parking space and safe.
