★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful house thats not too far from the city, perfect for a quick weekend getaway with family and friends. Outdoor kitchen good for BBQ, a swim-up bar, a glass karaoke room, kid’s playroom and enough space to fit 20 plus people! The caretakers were polite and generally stays out of your way unless you need their help.
The ASTRO is good with most channels available.
A good sized pool with shallow kids area and also in-built jacuzzi.
Bring mosquito repellants though as they tend to hide in the bedrooms at night.
The gas grill for BBQ and the overall cleanliness of kitchen equipment & utensils could be better maintained though. The grill was thick with rusts and left over bits of food and oil; we tried to scrub the grills but the rusts remained.
The pots, pans, cutlery, serveware etc were oily and had old food stains and had to be washed thoroughly before we could use them.
Oh and the drinking glass and cups were tiny so bring your own mugs if you are the type that enjoys a big cup of coffee in the morning.
That said, its still a great place for the weekend!
Its a very instagrammable house!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a soundproof karaoke room. Infinity pool is quite large, it connects to the bar/grill area. There is also a shallow pool and playroom for the kids. An electric water dispenser is available as well. Breakfast will be served at 9 - 10a.m.
There is a dorm room on the ground floor that does not have a lock on the bathroom door. The sinks are outside the bathroom.
Bring your mosquito repellants as the insects are everywhere.
Overall, a great experience of luxury not to far from the bustle of the city. Would recommend to book if you're planning on bringing a lot of friends.
Quick note: if you hate small cups, do bring your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here last year and we are going again on December 2021,my family enjoyed our stay alot and the service was really good, they will prepare you breakfast so you dont have to bring a lot of food,just enjoy and relax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view was so nice and surrounding was cozy. We went for a team-building getaway and the experience was good.
The villa was spacious and able to accomodate for 30 people of us comfortably. The porch fit up to 9 cars at a time.
There were swimming pool for adult & kids, karaoke room, outdoor BBQ kitchen and more.
The food served was good but breakfast started on 9am. So please save some food if you are early-breakfast type.
Only the issue was the PIC for the villa refuse to fix the facility when we complained. But after all, she send someone to fix it later after our boss speak to her. Other than that, the rules which is we only can use the karaoke room only for 4 hours. not more than that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely time at Temasek Retreats, a very scenic and breezy spot in Port Dickson. Lovely view from the house itself of the Straits of Malacca and the sunsets are breathtaking. Spacious enough for large family gatherings. We absolutely loved the (large enough) infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the karaoke room. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable too (I was rather surprised ?).
Would have given 5-stars but for the few things I found could have been improved on:
1) The grills for the barbecue were rather dirty and we had to really scrub them before we used them.
2) The "wet kitchen" for the cooking of proper meals is outside, so is the freezer. If one is inside and want some ice for drinks or ice cream say, one would have to walk all the way out to the freezer. (There is a small kitchen inside the main house that has a fridge *without* a freezer.) Late in the night sometimes this is not so "comfortable" ?
3)For the price charged, I'm sure the proprietors can afford to build a better and proper path to the beach from the property. At the very least, a usable ramp/path instead of us having to "battle" like Bear Grylls to get to the beach. IMHO, people should be able to access the beach when they come to Port Dickson and rent what is, to all intents and purposes, a beachfront property.
