โ โ โ โ โ Quiet and comfortable to dine in. Order your food and beverages at the counter. Menu options are limited, mostly sandwiches, coffee and tea bag teas. I found it quite pricey here for the food and services I received. I didn't feel welcome. Finding parking lot can be quite challenging in this area, since the popular Dim Sum restaurant is few shop lots away.

โ โ โ โ โ I like to come here cos of its cozy environment. But I do agree with some comments by other customers, the price of food and beverage quite pricey. Noticed that you did revise the menu but the price still not impressive. Food wise, your toast not bad but one thing I don't understand why can't the toast dressing unable to change from peanut butter to butter only. I don't fancy peanut butter. I ask your staff, can change to butter only, she said can't. If don't want peanut then the bread will be just plain toast ???.. Buck up a bit on the price, I think the crowd should increase.. โ โ โ โ โ This cafe charged 10% of service charge. I'm wondering why they charged so, because we need to order and pay for our food at the counter, just like fast food chains.
By the way, the food and drinks are alright, consumable but nothing special.
However, it's a bit pricey compare to others cafe which has cozy environment.
Another bonus for their washroom, a very cleaned toilet provided here. thumbs up.

โ โ โ โ โ Food and drinks are at good standard but the air ventilation inside the cafe needs more improvement. Maybe can upgrade the range hood, or prepare the food in the closed kitchen.
Overall, itโs a good place to hang out within the residential area.
