β β β β β Salesman hard sell the clear stock of LED panel light, and didn't tell no warranty at all. Luckily we ask for change before we make payment. Coz we not sure the hole can fix the light or not, we bring the sample to her for measure, totally the design is bigger than our one, how come is same? And the boss attitude also not nice. Service attitude getting low compared we been there last year.

β β β β β I like this shop. Corner area, small but all type of light easily can catch my eyes. The arrangement lights inside looks like crowded but actually easy to see. The sales girl very helping especially look like indian. Friendly and easy to talk about my idea, helping me till done! Thank you

β β β β β Very Cunning.. those old stock with NO WARRANTY given. I am one of the victim, when want to close sales,What also OK, janji kosong, when something wrong with the product, u go back to them, they will give you Indian style story keep pusing pusing. Staff look like gangster somemore. Worst lighting shop in puchong! Beware! Based on my kes 03.07.2019. i believe there are more victim coming.

β β β β β Owner from this shop is rude and very bad attitude. First time i encounter this experience when i entering a shop. Once i step in into the shop, i saw one lighthing that i interested in. I ask about the price, its just a simple and nice ceiling light but the price from this shop is super damn expensive about RM980++ i was shock about the price and I show to him same light from online shopping only RM400++. Then the owner get mad and said βif like this you donβt enter my shopβ, i was speechless then i left him and went to my sister, then he come to us said βyou are not allowed to take any picture here, if you want you need to ask my permissionβ where i didnβt even bother to take any picture. I feel so annoyed with this owner so i just left without any words. If youβre not welcome a customer, please donβt do business.
Update:
Then you should learn how to do customer service and improve your communication skill, not being so rude to tell customer βDonβt enter my shop!β. Straight to my face.
Also I didnβt have any intention at all to take picture(lamp/lighting) inside your store, but you come straight to me said βdonβt take any picture, you must ask my permissionβ. You said it with very bad manner.
Therefore kindly improve your customer service skill, from the past review you can see that your service is bad.
