★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to other branch for 4 times and they can't solve my problem. However at this branch everything was done in less than 30minutes (including q time). I'm vy happy with service, staff are vy familiar with their job scope and can handle things fast.

On 14 Sept 2020, i was at home the whole day. In the evening, i found a TNB bill inside the letter box. On the bill, it's written METER ROSAK or malfunctioned meter. I checked the meter and the reading ks 6724 and it is operating as usual. How come TNB's staff issue sucj a bill? Is it because TNB did not allow overtime claim? Is it by creating problems, can get more overtime? Who are those behind this scheme?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by the Customer Service Officer. Raised a Overvoltage claim as a sudden spike caused 720V to shunt thru the house and fried many items. Report raised and awaiting TNB's adjuster for claims.
