Information counter staff is helpful but when come to the service counter you are in different level.
The service counter female staff is not helpful at all and the way she responds is extremely rude!
P/S: Incase you donโt like your job, report and leave your position.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there this afternoon to close my account in johor coz i already moved to seremban. The staff are very friendly and attend to me eventhough it was already their break time. Even better they made copy of NRIC without charge. Still remember last 2 yrs when i wanted to close acct at tnb pasir gudang, they asked me to get it copy elsewhere. Since no sundry shop around i have to plead from nearby hotel to allow me made copy of my ic. Luckily to hotel staff sympathy with me. Its really sad being tnb customer for many years but you cant spare 20sen cost to photostat. Anyway bravo TNB Seremban for the facility.

โ โ โ โ โ Customer service could use some improvement. I came in to change the name of the account my new property.
I came with documents all prepared, SPA, geran, ic, etc. Was denied service by the info counter and told off very rudely to get the old cukai taksiran bill for some reason to show to them as proof of address. I replied that I thought all the info and can be found in the SPA, and Geran title.
After that, lady promptly berated me for "thinking" alot. I thanked her and left, then proceeded to do all the account change online instead.
Horrible service. Try and do what you need to online instead.
