★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon stepping in, you can smell the charcoal. I guess they are using the charcoal stove to toast their bread.
Had mee siam and kaya & butter toast, along with iced white coffee and iced cham.
The mee siam was yummy and the sambal was quite spicy with a kick.
I loved their toast too. But overall the drinks and kaya were a little too sweet for my liking.
There’s definitely room for improvement. Hope to return to try other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, this is one of the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life.
Food is also just the same, was attracted by the picture on menu, however, when the food arrived, I was so stunned by its appearance that I asked for menu to check if I’ve ordered the wrong thing.
Was going to complain but I saw the exclusion clause “picture is only for illustrations purposes” OK you WIN
The ONLY reason I finish the food despite being cheated by its appearance in picture and taste being awful is that I don’t waste food.
Won’t come again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now the food and drinks quality drop a lot!!! The tea is too thin, I only saw the whitish colour from the tea, no taste of tea at all (the pic showed the new cup after changed) . Then the baked roti even cold one, not crispy tho. At such high price, it is not acceptable that the food quality is below average. Even lousier than normal Kopitiam.

Visited them for umpteen times for breakfast or lunch or afternoon tea break.
Their serve variety of open top toast, bread , sandwiches. Should try the steam bread serve with condensed milk & kaya.
Every visit, will not miss their signature Rojak. Variety of ingredients used such fresh cucumbers, turnip strips , pineapples, fried Yu Char Kway (Yu Tiao) , beancurd, beancurd skin, fish cake. "Infused" with rich Rojak sauce and sprinkled with generous ground roasted peanut.
There is also variety single meal dishes such as rice.. noodles..porridge.. my personal favourite will be salted egg chicken serve with rice , Herbal chicken serve with rice mee siam , Teo Chew Poridge and the charcoal toast bread.
As for Drinks.. a "must try" will be Cincau Milk Tea (Cold) and Hainanise Tea.
Western dishes was so so only..nothing special.
Price on above average but value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is at the lowest ever.. ordered the food.. after 10 minutes , waitress A informed us that due to high order ..the waiting time is 30 minutes...then come waitress B after few minutes informing us that the waiting is 1 hours.
The best part they not even bother to check what we order.. only mee siam is fast..kitchen is super busy..
The question is the steam bread in from other section..
Will not go back there anymore.. the standard have down the drain

One of my friend having seafood allergy, while we asked does the food contains seafood or not, they couldn't answer us, cause they don't even know the food's ingredients they served. Most of the food come from center kitchen, this is what i get from them.
