★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the management seems to forget that we are no longer in 1950's and employees actually value quality workplace and colleagues. A company with big dreams but with no capacity to get there.
High turnover rate and HR still have no idea why is baffling. It'll be a boring, painful journey for those who work fast and hate colleagues who perform the bare minimum with lack of common sense.
Have been on probation for the past 10 months and was presented with a decision to extend another 3 months without proper report / paperwork and could not answer when probed for specifications.
I don’t do reviews on any of my ex bosses but for this one, I feel strongly obligated to candidates who are looking to build their careers at a great company. Have been with smaller SMEs that were managed x10 times better, it's a shame.
