★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other bus terminal not too surprised hehe, let me tell you, this is a long distance bus terminal. Actually Kota Bharu had 2 bus station and of on this location near to AEO Mall. And other one on Downtown city of Kota Bharu for cityliner bus and some of long distance bus are available too. Like SKMK Bus, TransNasional bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outdated but still functional. Need major upgrade. Even though paid, toilet is dirty and some bowl are broken. There is even thieves stealing bags at surau.. haih..
Also need bigger parking lot. Uncivilized people keep parking at non-parking area causing bus driver hardly reverse their buses and congestion.

The waiting area was crowded at the time of departure. I hope there will be some improvements in future.
