★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough chair at passenger waiting boarding place.Most of the chairs are broken.Hope Majlis Perbandaran Kulai will replace with more new chairs for passengers.Need to install CCTV to upgrade the security of the bus terminal.The Public Toilets need to install more lights.Not enough parking space for car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thing ok. Look new and improved.But the bus waiting area if can put more seat will be better. Currently only 6 seat. Can do cement or tiles long chair then no so easy broken. Hope management can follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time here, and impressed by its cleanliness. however, when I arrived at 1pm on Sunday I didn't see any shops open. would be a good idea to create an indoor bazaar for those waiting for their buses to arrive. waiting area is virtually non-existent either.
