★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many empty shoplots...who want to go walk upstairs? Yet perbandaran everywhere will come out with similar design & hence get the same result. Similarly, for a bus station, sitting for passenger waiting for their bus is rather limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kluang main bus terminal and transportation hub, taxi stand and next to it is a hotel and shopping complex. Food court available upstair. A bit run down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a lively bus terminal when the mall next to it was in operation. As the number of buses reduced due to the MCO, less people visit this place for shopping needs. Even the food stalls on the first floor are not having good business. Besides, the water leakage issue from the first issue still has not been solved. Hope the will be back in full swing operation soon.
