Alhamdulillah, my iPhone 6s is back up & running after went into comma for more than 1.5 month (as a result of under water venture out in one of Oman's beautiful and scenic wadi; Wadi Hoqain)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent to replace battery of 2 ipads and 1 macbook pro. My ipad pro that never had any issues suddenly refuses to retain battery for more than 24 hours. My macbook was pried open with what seemed like a metal tool and is scratched. Battery is fine but now it’s missing a screw and is scratched up for no reason. Been a month of back an forth on the ipad and it still has not been resolved till now. They even forgot to return my macbook charger when I went to pick it up. I’m quite lenient but overall am dissatisfied on the service. Was charged a very hefty amount for the service too.
