★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missus saw the advertisement of Jalapeño Bombers by this Texas Chicken and since she like jalapeño and we never eat this brand before, we tried out immediately in Prangin Mall.
The poster looks appetising and we order the special mega crunch box which have jalapeño bombers included. Drinks are free flow.
The jalapeño bombers are not bad but not really those we will go back for more. Fried chicken is so-so only. We still prefer KFC than this to be honest. Chilli sauce taste funny not really good. Mash potatoes is dry.
It’s not really busy and it’s 1’ish only but notice that the floor is really mega sticky and dirty. Apart from that, the area around the hand washing sink is so wet and no one bother to wipe it clean or even put a yellow signage in front. Besides that, the floor in front of the drinks machine is sticky until it already turn to darkish and my god, never see anything so dirty inside a restaurant like this before. Hence it’s not like super busy there is a staff even standing outside doing nothing....
I’d rather recommend KFC... at least they serve good fried chicken.

A new flavor of this short bread has been born. That is the chocolate chip flavor. The fries are amazingly tasty!

It is at the lower ground level of the building.
I was just passing throw it and when I saw Texas chicken ? I got excited to have my lunch there.
The price ? I’m not sure that if it’s cheap ?
They give refill for drinks . ?
The fries ? ?? Really it was super chill ??
The burger ? ? Taste good. ??
The wifi ??? Didn’t worked ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed for the service. Was intended to buy icecream and queued at the icecream counter but no one was there to attend. They also did not close the counter. So took initiative by asking straight to the main counter and the staff there was checking for available staff to attend and did not update me. Waited back at the icecream counter for 10 mins and still no staff to attend. Went to the main counter for the second time and asked the same ques aftr few of them ignored me. Only then they inform icecream counter not available. So i said 'thanks and next time pls inform.' Understood they were busy but at least they could put notice early saying the counter for icecream currently closed. Small things that matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2017, the Texas meals are nice. But now, it seems to be worse than the roadside fried chicken. The chicken is small and not tasty at all. The bun is no longer impressive. Took away the Sprite and Ice Lemon Tea as drinks, but realized it was just plain water...No proper labeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People tend to talk more about Texas chicken with the taste, crunchy and unlimited drinks.
Overall, it just normal taste and unlimited drinks really good drive more public attention. Unfortunately, I ate one of the spicy chicken made me disgusted ( I saw green texture on it and smelly ).
I told the manager about these concerns and she wanted to make it right but I decided not to take it because I don’t know what might happen next on other freebies.
