★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest i am 1 of the many who are very excited with texas chicken coming to batu pahat i have been promoting to all my friend and family but today i am really dissapointed as i got the coleslaw and i taste the veggies taste like rotten veggies its not the first time.i have go complaint and change a new one and it still the same..its completely different from what i got during the 1-3rd day its open..as i have been going almost everyday since its open..these few days the veggies really make me dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service attitude was too bad. When I ordered the food, they said that they would have to wait 10 minutes to fry the new chicken. We also accepted to wait 10 minutes. Then just ask the counter whether you want to stand at the counter or sit and wait, and say with a bad attitude that you just wait. If you don't call the number, you give a piece of paper, which is self-made. Can't you ask? Can't you answer the question of waiting at the counter or sitting? Then you can choose what kind of meat you want, and don't comment on the customer's needs,
This nuraisyah has a poor service attitude. Don't do it. You can resign. Don't waste resources.
And there's no one to clean up the leftovers of customers on the table. I came across such a problem the second time I came here. I didn't dare to come to the third time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apanilah service so fxxking bad!!?we go to eat until finished waiter didn't clean the table,we had to clean it ourselves?where the cleaner!!!u don't want to put away the dirty dishes sitting there, tengok sini tengok sana, what's the use? ?I hope they don't bring down this brand!!!pls try to make it more better
