★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant think of good reason as to why they did not prepare the order as soon as we made it..instead they only start prepare the order after we made payment which causing us to wait for almost half an hour at the payment site. The point of having a drive through to speed up the process by preorder right?
They really need to improve on this matter. Altogether i spent almost hour just to get my order. Kind of frustrating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had an experience dine in here but just an opportunity to take away, so far the taste still there and what I love the most was the parking lot is plenty unlike the old Texas chicken near to aman central where is to find a parking lot is quite a challenging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very nice to me as it was my first time trying their brand. The food was delicious. Quite spacious parking lot, you will need to pass the drive through to find their parking that was ahead of it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A convenient Texas Chicken outlet in Alor Setar which is adjacent to the spacious Petronas petrol station. A drive-through station is here for easy purchase rather than going to the Aman Central outlet, plus, the location is a little bit out of the city centre, so the traffic is quite okay here.
At times, the service at the drive-through counter may be quick, sometimes it can be slow (have to wait for 10-15 minutes). Despite that matter, the quality of the food served is up to standard and at a satisfactory level.
Only if the service duration can be kept consistent, I may give a 5-star rating.
