★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking here is awful. Would love if they had a drive thru. Twice I came and only 1 cashier open. Long lines ordering. Have to wait long time for food, as many delivery orders. Seems they need more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have fast lunch and dinner. The table need to clean more frequent. I can see flies on the table. Customer should dispose food waste by thier own, but anyway the worker also let the waste on the table quite sometime vas what I saw. The good thing here we can refill drink unlimited just the choice of drink limited (at the time that I write this review, only one choice of drink).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and horrible service provided here. Not recommended totally. Over 10 people queues and only 1 person taking order, packing and preparing order for dine in and take away. I stand there for over 30minutes and only 1 customer is served. When I went up to ask the store manager she told me short handed with a laugh in her face to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Limited choices offered, they knew customers are seeking for fried chicken ori or spicy but never prepare but indirectly forcing customers to buy the Lada Chicken which were over prepared. Cleanliness so not up to mark..maybe headcount problem. Also they claim restaurant closes at 10pm due to technical problem.
