★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the building is not good and the sales manager is very rude (Mr. Tan). You got to check every single details when you accept received your house key or before you start works on your house renovation. This is company does not care about customer service and their reputation. The first thing come into their mind is to say not their problem until you prove to them its’ their fault. The toilet/bathroom leaked and drainage clogging is almost a sure thing. Do check thoroughly if you are going to buy house for whatever reason. *However, the sale Ms. Goh is very good in responding to feedback and helpful.
