โ โ โ โ โ Old cinema, washroom was bright and clean though. Trip to washroom is like walking down a long maze. Not a big theater, but still does the job.

โ โ โ โ โ I had been came to this cinema for almost my whole life. For me I love here although it's not well enough compare to Pavilion, Eko Cheras. Everything here is simple, 5 rooms, Clean, Normal Environment.

โ โ โ โ โ So today I went to watch Jujutsu Kaisen movie at TGV The Mines. And since the beginning of screening time, I felt that the sound system was weird. As if the sound is not coming out at its full potential. But I thought the movie was just like that so I ignored it. But when the movie reached the climax, I could hear a muffled sound of the background music. It was muffled and not clear so I definitely thought something was wrong because there's no way the music isn't loud especially in the climax scene. And to Jujutsu Kaisen watchers, they would know that the character "Toge" uses his voice when activating his power. And whenever Toge's lines came up, the sound was indeed muffled. I thought it was weird because in the anime, there was no problem in hearing his voice cleary. Then I realised that there were no sounds coming out from the speakers of both sides of the cinema (left and right). It only came out from the front. No wonder the sound was unclear. When the movie finished, I went to confront a worker telling him about the poor sound system, I asked him to call any person in charge. The person in charge asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes. And he attended me to it immediately. Eventhough the experience in the cinema was pretty bad, but I was very satisfied by the workers' attitude and integrity. Thank you so much TGV The Mines! For not making things hard and for acknowledging my complaint.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall it was good, the only thing is the f&b counter, more counter for the online purchases please, when the lines is longer than usual or vice versa.

โ โ โ โ โ This is to the management- ur cashiers at the counter at 1015 am ( 6/6/2022) (Vikram movie) has to be of the worst behaviour. This is my second time they have screwed up my order and when asked to change, they were rude and obnoxious. Plz do check ur boys before asking them to service customers

bought 2 twin seats to watch spiderman at hall cinema 5. But would recommend buy the 2nd last row instead of the last row because twin seat in front slightly high..and my kids is short?
Overall good experience
Remember to buy popcorn through the app as confectionaries counter via booking only

โ โ โ โ โ I hope no one will go to see films this place TGV its a horrible because of not good service and specially cinema not working properly perhaps no technician to fix that kind of problems. Really simply staff inform us just redound thats all.

โ โ โ โ โ Come here for second time in few months gap, no improvement on so called fast/express lane for online purchase food/beverage. Everyone queueing for 1 express counter, meanwhile there are many counter but open only for walk in. Manager/sv (hardworking) seems helping the staff but never take action to enhace fast lane for online purchasers.
