โ โ โ โ โ I'm not sure how I can recommend their services to other people given the fact that their team was more than 1 hour late which was very bad and not acceptable. They mentioned that it was jam, but as we all know, jam is not something uncommon in KL. So this is really not an excuse to be late. Poor time management!
I had to be late for work and push my meeting just because of this. I'm not asking, but the way to do business is to remedy the relationship with your clients when these things happen perhaps by compensating for such issues by offering discounts or free service especially for a 1st time customer! The cleaning service is average as some areas are still left untouched with dust etc.
I'm very disappointed and will not recommend their service at this point in time. Thanks

โ โ โ โ โ Thahara's cleaning crew is great! They are on time, did a good job and very accommodating to requests. Their customer service is also polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

โ โ โ โ โ I donโt think 1 star is worth giving at all.
They promised to come at 10am, yet at 10am saying they couldnโt send a team over.
They later promised to come at 12pm, and after waiting for a total of almost 3 hours they didnโt bother to pick up their phone or even give a call saying whether theyโre coming or not.
They collected deposit from us btw
What a waste of everyoneโs time. Donโt even consider looking for them. Most disappointed service ever

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely bad service ..They were almost an hour late..company sent 3 ppl for 3 hrs..the original package chosen was 2 ppl for 4 hrs..nevertheless their service was extremely slow in effecient and not worthy at all ..one of the cleaners even argued with me when i told her to clean faster so that they can go back on their scheduled..she argued tht if u want us to work longer u have to pay extra..totally not recommendable!!
