β β β β β Donβt bother going here. Itβs overpriced and bad communication. The room had a smell. They were construction nearby. No music. So it wasnβt relaxing at all. I asked 3 times if they had head massage to which they claimed yes. Then during the massage, the lady could not understand a word i was trying to say. She just did body massage (only backside mind you) Even though I told her I want head massage. I went to pay and the cashier blamed me saying there was not enough time when she was the one that told me head massage is available. Which she shouldβve informed earlier if I wanted a head massage I couldβve bought the 90 minutes package. She didnβt communicate with the masseuse properly and in the end it was not good service at all. Better go get massage from the streets. Itβs the same thing.

β β β β β They didnt double check for the massage room availability first but lead us to search here and there repeat for 3times plus didnt inform what should we change our shirt to massage(1st time been here). I've request to keep the curtain close as I go with a guy friend yet they keep open it. Totally can't communicate with them as they can't understand English either Malay at all.
Another point is they keep talking non stop with each other from the beginning by ignoring us "customer" . Most important thing is their massage skill is very poor till I canβt endure it so I decided to leave after 15mins although I paid for 1hr30mins already .
I wanted to complain about it but the counter has no staff working. Worst maasage experience ever.
Pls be aware.

β β β β β I had high hopes for this place and wanted to have a very relaxed birthday. I came on happy hour and had the 2 hour warm aroma massage. Within minutes of the therapy, there were drilling, construction and banging noises outside which I believe is from the vicinity and not inside the spa. For the first part of the massage, I was really stressed out because of the noise which went on for about 20-30mins. Aside from that I can hear staff chatting loudly in adjacent room and cleaning basins and what not. On a positive note, the massage was really good done by Bea. The place is also kept clean. Iβm not sure if I would recommend to come on happy hour. Night time would be preferable for those who want full relaxation and less noise.

β β β β β This is one of my favourite massage place since 2015. The ambience are cosy, masseurs are professional, happy hours are from 11.30 - 3 p.m and the prices are much more cheaper than other massage centre in this area.

1. No energy at all when massage.
2. Keep on delay the time when my massage doing this & that
3. I took 1.5 hours for the foot massage. Reach there at 9.30pm & start wash my leg at 9.45pm. But the massage end at 11pm.
This is my 2nd times facing the same problems in this branch. No more 3rd time. Thank you
