★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 4.30pm but i was stuck on the road cause by accident. I called the customer service an Aunty 4pm to told her I’m gonna late few mins. She told be oh “later the sifu dont like” i told her if is like this case then i cancel my appointment. She told me ohh is okay 4.45pm ok. When i arrived she assisted me bad attitude. My husband was searching for parking is fully parked outside she kept rushed us cause there is a customer at 5pm she said if not she will give to that customer. I Was so upset with the experience I was going to pay for it not for free. Didn’t expect to have such bad experience. Will opt for healthland next time.
