★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I had doubts about the shop, I had a good experience here! The staffs were friendly and their massaging routines are uniform! It is on the costly side amongst the other massage shops around City Square more though. Will still visit the place again. Hope the standard maintains:)

Firstly there is no touch and go service
Secondly , the masseuse thought I’m asleep so they gradually chitchat and massage me gently , I did ‘ahem’ but they still talk ..
Once I woke up on the next day , my body is aching which so painful that I can’t even sleep properly …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to visit holiday villa Thai odyssey and always leave with satisfied and happy mood. Not sure why they was temporarily closed. Me and my bf been directed to this JBCC Outlet when call to make reservation. We told the receptionist we wanted a couple room but masaauers were not been informed, they put us at foot wash waiting area about 15mins without telling us what's going on, after that told us they went to tidy a couple room for us. Services were slow, massage not to the point, went on and off to outside for several times. Yet, they are waiting outside of the room to get tips at the end. We paid rm560+ for 1.5hr and get this unpleasant experience, very dissapoiting. Frankly speaking, we would rather choose other massage brand in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really awesome massages, never lets you down, making you feel super relaxed after the session. Sadly looks like Covid did take a toll on their manpower so they are unable to max out their space and you may find difficulty booking a longer massage session.
Hope things get better over time.
