★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its opposite moo-ka-ta ( which is quite popular) however one day it was close so I decided to try Thai Star and IM GLAD I DID !! THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM!
The fried lemongrass fish is sooo good !! The pandan chicken was lovely !! The kailan was cooked perfectly.
I know the sign board and shop looks abit mehh but THE FOOD IS AMAZING. *I'm a very very picky eater I always compare Thai restaurants to the ones in Thailand* and this shop definitely met my expectations.
Plus point: free rice / free tea / free fruits / pork-free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's very good and tasty. i ordered the tomyam,mixed vege with belacan and squid with egg floss. its a very good combination. my favourite dish is the squid with egg floss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, food was nice and served promptly. Fresh ingredients as well. Try their ABC and Chestnut Nangka dessert if you have sweet tooth! The ABC is made with fragrant gula melaka, love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The free ABC served with rotten & sourly coconut milk, feed back to cashier when make payment, apparently cashier aware of that but kitchen staff didn't change to fresh one and still using the rotten santan. Payment only accept cash, not accepting ewallet and credit card, please improve this part. Hot food quality is standard and OK. Now worrying on stomachache as took in few spoon of ABC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free drinks. Free rice and free fruits. Somtam is fresh. Basil fried chicken is too sour. Fried chicken egg acceptable. Pandan fried chicken not fresh and smelly. Salted egg fried squids are not crunchy but taste good. Tomyam moderate but the prawn is from seafood farm.
