β β β β β This is the best stop for wedding gown after I have visited 3 bridal shops. Plenty of choices, reasonable pricing and very good service by Winny and Yolin. There's no limit and charges on trying and they are very willing to help you to try on as many dresses as you can until you find a suitable one. The designs are also amazing. I would suggest the owner to improve the Instagram profile to attract more customers as their profile look less attractive compared to other bridal shops?

β β β β β Really accommodating. Got a really nice white/eggshell colour suits with no problem. Very affordable for the quality of the suit to rent. Got the deposit payment less than 24 hours after returning the rented suit.

β β β β β More than the glitz and glamour, the selection of a dress is very important for a bride on her special day.
This business was my first choice (found online) and I made an appointment weeks ahead of my wedding date because it was the MCO period and I didn't want to risk anything.
I was so excited and pumped to go to this boutique and finally try on some beautiful dresses..
Just as my mom and I (they allow a guest with you) entered, the staff gave us a warm friendly welcome and soon enough helped us to sort the kind of dresses I'd love to try on. (Mind you, they have about 200-300 wedding dresses) Sleeves, V-neck, laces, mermaid, trumpet, fishtail, sheath, oooo just name it)
With a few quick questions, they knew exactly what I wanted. However, the dress that I had chosen was a little long for me, Gwen and her team (Sasha, Samantha) quickly worked on the rapid manual temporary alterations and finally, I was able to say "YES TO THE DRESS!!"
They too have lovely choices of tiaras & veil for brides to pick from.
The wedding dress rental comes with a tiara and veil of your choice for 1 week.
What I love the most was the fitting experience, because they really worked their magic there!!

β β β β β I have only good experiences when it comes to That White Dress. Everyone there was super accommodating, encouraging and nice to me during my first visit which was a change from my other experiences from other bridal rental shops. Everyone there made me feel comfortable even tho I was self conscious as my body type is bottom heavy. Fun fact, my older sis rented her wedding dresses from That White Dress for her wedding five years ago.
They were open to alter their dresses to fit each brideβs personal taste which allows each bride to have a customised wedding dress on her wedding day.
I received many compliments on my wedding dresses and it felt bitter sweet when returning the dresses back. Will definitely suggest That White Dress to future brides.

β β β β β Honestly, the wedding experience for me is super hectic, I have masters degree classes in between. Therefore, I only want nothing but smooth wedding prep. Wasn't planning to rent a dress as I already have Thai gown (might as well just wear that right) but I do not wanna miss being all princess-y. Also, I was planning to just go to one store and rent it right way without having to store-hop. Read the review, That White Dress was among the best place to offer the dress and most importantly, the service and experience. Went there and it was indeed what everyone has mentioned. Yolene was the one who chose THE dress for me, just like how I wanted. I was being all weight conscious but the dress actually turns out great! So future brides out there, go for THAT WHITE DRESS!

β β β β β Really attentive staff - recco to go during weekdays but you can slot in your appointment for the weekend too but expect it to be busy and there's only bout 4 dressing rooms what more with others bringing their entourage.
They really have an extensive collection and for me who usually wears a UK12, there's a room dedicated to us 'big' girls. And if you see something you like but it doesn't come with sleeves - feel free to ask them if there's sleeves cause most likely they do and they can make it for you. Like for my dress it had a deep v and no sleeves but they added sleeves and brought the neck line up.
Renting prices are very reasonable and it comes with a free veil so definitely have them in mind for your big day!

β β β β β I wanted a blue wedding gown and found theirs. I lost few kg just to fit in their prettiest gown and I did. I received tons of compliments about my choice of dress. One even said I looked like a Disney Princess. Totally a worth it choice. Trust me, the price is reasonable, Customer service is very good. I was comfortable liaising with all the staffs there. The first time I went, I was quite overwhelmed with the sheer variety of dresses available - and was impressed that there was no service charge to fit, no time limit, and no restriction on photo taking. I returned 2-3 more times thereafter to confirm my dress of choice, and have it fitted - and Gwen provided clear and patient advice, while helping me select dresses and narrowing things down.
At the last moment (two days prior to my wedding), I made a last minute change to my dress as the initial one was too grand for my venue, and Gwen accommodated my request. She went so far as to make a last minute alteration when the bust was loose, changing the veil and genuinely sharing my delight at finding the perfect dress. I received plenty of compliments; people asked if I'd tailor made it for myself. In short, had a really good experience with TWD and would highly recommend again.
