Great doctor who instantly diagnosed and treated my dog's ear problems. He has always had ear infections that other vets just vaguely told to monitor his diet. The vet here instantly recognised his condition and the medicines he gave worked wonderfully. My dog's condition has improved tremendously.
NEGATIVES
Rather expensive.
Receptionist was quite unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them at 10.50am and asked them whether need to make appointment or not. They said no need appointment and just walk in will do. When I came, they refused to open the door and I waited about 15 minutes at the corridor. At the time they let me in, they asked me to go home and wait probably 2 hours until they call me. About 12.40pm, they called me and asked me to come over. I need to drive about 15 minutes to the place and when I came, the receptionist said there are few people inside and asked me to wait for their call again, roughly need to wait about 1 hour. Finally at 1.30pm they called me again but my dog was too ill to wait. My dog had bleeding wound. We finally found somewhere nearer, fast and efficient than this place. It is wasting time and fuel for back and forth to this place without treating my dog and refuse to let me in. It is totally rude for letting customer wait so long at the corridor without proper communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That Animal Centre have separate quarantine room for canine parvo virus. Friendly doctor "Dr.Pang". Very clean environment. We need to wait for quite long hours based on my experience. Satisfied with their overall service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my male and female cat neutered here. Doctor so proficient. After surgery look like no wound, female cat wound long about 1 cm. only I guess they use laser surgery and they also give discount for neutered stray cat but need to do ear mark.
Price reasonable, friendly staff, clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by Dr New, who was as kind and gentle with my dog as you can ever ask for. The nurses were all busy but remained professional and courteous as well.
They are definitely much busier than other vets I've been to, so you can expect to have to wait for some time. However, they will take your contact and you can wait in the car until it's your turn, so that is not an issue at all. I am sure if there was an emergency, your case would take precedent as they appear to be very attentive to your furkid's well-being.
e-Payment is accepted as well at the vet.
