★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son bought dinner ,at this place. Food Was good, only remember to snap pictures after finishing the dinner. Sorry did take pictures of the food served. Place was crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is ok,washroom is clean. But please on the escalator. Don't just shut it off for save electricity money. Elder people cannot go up walking in escalator and walk down on escalator Everytime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New vitality with the opening of an independent supermarket chain & a dollar store chain. But elsewhere still a lot of vacancies. Hubao restaurant remains a solid anchor with decent patronage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great beer deals and the menu is totally beer friendly. The food quality is really good and the portions are good. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Current parking is adequate outside. I would recommend the gyoza platter and chicken wing platter, fried pork belly and the softshell crab salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trying very hard to give more stars - if I give 3 stars, I'm cheating myself and if I give 1 star, pity for this mall. Been living in SJ over 3 decades and passed-by here thousands of times but to come shopping here only my 4 times, if not because of Matahari wholesale market?
Seem like worse comes to worst now, only ground flr still operating with few eateries and shops. Even elevators and air-con already stopped working. Anyhow, hope the management come-up with some new concepts because is strategic location but what failed me? Their building looked like PPR flats with the colour scheme and terrible dim-lit carpark lots ....I rather parked in the front of the mall or side of the shoplots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously empty here. Almost 75% of the mall area are unoccupied - which makes one feel a little eerie as we browse the various floors here. There used to be a supermarket called Matahari which served the local neighbourhood here, but they have since closed down. Only plus point is POS malaysia being here. Other than that, there's just a few eatries scattered at the ground floor. Upper floors are as good as dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shops mainly on the ground floor, with numerous smaller shop upstairs, the mall look like dead and alive at the same time LOL. It was lively before it went silent, I guess nothing special here. Still, it is one of the best place to have meal, many to choose from. Though the shop turnover is quite high, as you will see new shop after some time back. I usually grab burger here, like the atmosphere there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to do grocery @TF. Not crowded, kind & v friendly guards at entrance. TF has fresh veggies, fruits & good varieties of household needs. Nice assistants & cashiers too.
Like the set-up & clean environment.
There's also a nice fast food outlet ( nasieko) with lots of choices. Clean & inexpensive too! They even provide disposable gloves.
