★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is local residents house. Nice view from the hill. Quiet environment. They provide many visitors carpark. Guard house, Cctv and etc for safety of residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really replicates the look of Singapore's "Garden in the City" which reminds me of home but in Penang. You can be productive while being able to enjoying the nice ambient of aesthetic nature flowing around you.
Though the leisure areas may be small but no space is wasted and is adequately occupied by something pleasing to look at.
