-very poor communication between teacher and parent. They just hope parent follow their annual calendar that been given at the beginning of the year.
-lack of response to any issue that have been brought up.
-unorganized during year end concert and class scheduled has been changed for so many times in a year
-lack of listening and showed empathy towards parent's concern at the first place then only toning down after a while
-promised to make some improvement but can't see any changes after giving a year of time
There's other online piano lessons in shah alam we can choose and cheaper monthly fee! Glad we made a decision to stop send our child to this school. Overall not satisfied & very frustrated with their management!
