★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repeated my order in total 4 times to 2 different people who was managing the counter at the time. There was no other customers, take away, or delivery order ahead of my order and yet the wait time for my takeaway was about 20-25 mins (just for 4 normal regular bubble milk tea). Also not sure if the drinks were prepared properly but it definitely tasted the worst bubble milk tea that I ever had. This experience will remind me to think twice next time about buying drinks from this shop.

Visited back again and and I saw they use fresh farm milk. I thought they use barista milk.. So, I think I would choose those who use barista milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place for my new options in feeding the crave of bubble tea! ??????Most of the drinks are delicious, esp. the texture of the bubble ?? this is the 2nd time coming to this store ( we once knew it's in Nagore area), I'm taking some of my friends to celebrate our new year's eve ????? keep up the good work in making this special tea & the atmosphere is so cozy ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good news for alley lover who stay near by bayan lepas. I also prefer Alley the most. It has unique quite cozy ambience. Its elegantly simplistic design attract me the most. Enjoy the time to be here while enjoy my cup of black sugar fresh milk. Memorable and lovely. It is good place for couple to stay. The Alley product and collection are available. Staff are patient and nice to introduce me about their product and promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good bubble milk tea outlet. The staffs are really helpful, they take the time to explain you the menu and what is the favorite among the customers. They even show you the different type of teas they use for their milk tea. There is a lot of place to sit inside and the environment inside is quite cool and calm, quite good if you wanna run away from the hot sun outside.
