★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st visit to the alley kulai.Worst place ever. Many flies around and not good environment. What makes me angry is the internet are unable to access, ask the staff and the staff said there will be no internet today, if so why u provide internet? I feel cheated. The drinks I order was Royal9 milk tea with pearl cost rm9.70! and I waited 10 min for my drinks, the service is not worth with this price at all. Overall this will be my last time visit the alley. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support eco-conscious seller :) I’m glad that The Alley being the first to start byoc campaign. The staffs are friendly with my own tumbler.
Price is on the higher side but the deerioca was good. Milk tea tastes similar like other brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This drink taste so weird. It tastes like the milk getting expired or probably the taste is like that. I cant even finish the small cup. Wont recommend this drink. But I dont know the others. But let me save u lots of bucks by not suggesting u to try this one

End up she give me just milk tea?(BIG lagi)? then only she mentioned ohh.. no more pearl ??♀️.. she said she told me.. u told me that u don't have Nata de Coco ? then she asked if i want to add the jelly.. as didn't mentioned have to top up another RM1.80 ??♀️? is it so difficult to say it? And i asked for (SMALL) cup not the (BIG) cup ??♀️ if you want to earn fast money also not this kinda way.. not that i can't afford.. you don't know customer asked for (BIG) nor (SMALL) cup ?? This will be my 1st and last step into your shop ? please bare in mind what customer request from you!!! You work as a frontline u need to know your customer needs, not just charged them (BIG) cup and tell them they need to pay or whatever...
