β β β β β The Alley Riviera is a bubble tea shop located in Pulau Melaka, Malacca. It is roughly 5 minutes drive from Dataran Pahlawan (provided no traffic congestion). The Alley has several branches nationwide and this is second branch in Malacca. The Alley serves a wide variety of beverages including bubble tea, brown sugar milk, brown sugar matcha latte, fruit teas, etc. The price is reasonable and the beverages taste good. β β β β β I love the brown sugar milk and the milk tea. Here in the alley you get to choose how you like your tea by amount of sugar added inside ur tea and also u get to pick amount of ice suite ur taste. 5 ?

β β β β β Can be crowded during weekends and public holiday. However, it's definitely a fine place to chill and catch up with friends and family. They served nice chilled and hot drinks too. Nevertheless, it's a bit expensive so mind that you should spend sparingly.

2nd Visit: They recommended some Deerioca Milk - one word: Horrible. I had to dump the drink and the 13 myr that I paid

β β β β β The Alley in Pulau Melaka is special with its beautiful scenery. There is a hotel nearby the shop and that makes it very popular for couples to take photos there at night. The view is absolutely amazing.
Speaking of the drinks, their signature brown sugar milk with black pearls is the best selling one. I also prefer that over other drinks. The taste is special and everyone should definitely try that out if you ever visit there. However, the drinks are not really "healthy" in my opinion as they might have high sugar level which will jeopardise our health.
I would suggest the customers to take away their drinks and enjoy the drinks while viewing the beautiful scenery outside the shop. It could be very romantic for couples to go there and have a nice drink.
For the price, it's a little bit pricey considering the brown sugar milk I mentioned earlier will cost you about RM13. For some people, yes it might be worth it but for me it's a little bit wasteful to spend such money on the drink. But once in a while, acceptable.
If you don't wanna go outside the shop, you may bring some cards there to play with your peers and chit chat. They do not provide any cards to play so you have to bring on your own.

β β β β β Really disappoint with the lady in charge during 31/12/21. I went there around 9pm to buy drinks, before the moment I entered into the shop, she was sitting outside chitchating and saw us coming through, she mentioned with bad attitude telling us that the shop will be close on 9.30pm. I do understand the situation and would like to only take away the drinks but while I decided to take order with the trainee served us. She stood behind the trainee and looks like really not satisfied with our appearance during that hour, saying the drinks I ordered could not be change in the sugar or ice level in really bad attitude. The experience with her really made me disappoint towards her. Even tough it's already almost end of their service hour, but she can still letting us know in patience instead acting the way to us like this.

β β β β β Comfortable place but not really spacious. Can be quite cramped when the crowd are too overwhelming. Love the bubble teas, staff were friendly and quick to offer recommendations. The best time to chill outdoor is after sunset. Good place to hangout.

β β β β β Nice ambience, clean place with friendly staff. Unfortunately, sitting capacity is very limited. We came on a weekday evening and sat outside. I had to say we loved it so much, enjoying the drinks and evening sunset view. It was just perfect to end a busy day.
