β β β β β Beautiful, peaceful, and calm environment to relax in. The resort is quiet and has plenty of facilities such as hot spring tubs, meditation caves, and a fish spa. Service is excellent, with happy and responsive staff that help with anything. The plants, animals, hot springs, and caves make for an incredible environment.

β β β β β Paid through the nose - but the price was worth it for a delightful stay in a well equipped villa amidst beautiful surroundings. Will return for next special occasion.
Only one criticism - the Executive Chef should pay more attention to the pastry section at Pomelo. "Brioche French Toast" was not made with a brioche but a regular loaf. The "bagel" was just a regular bun baked in a shape of a bagel.

β β β β β Most expensive resort on a per night basis because we included dinner at Jeff's Cellar on New Year's Eve, but we enjoyed ourselves despite the high mark up. Facilities were top notch and it truly felt like an intimate spa and wellness experience-- a great weekend escape especially when it's nearby ipoh as well. Highly recommended to try at least once.

β β β β β Wonderful hospitality from everyone, from the reception to the housekeeping staff and not least the chef at the Cellar restaurant. Amazing views and very comfortable, beautiful villa where we stayed. The spa treatment was superb. This is a place of true restoration and relaxation. World-class in every way.

β β β β β Went here recently for a belated anniversary trip, the staff have been amazing ever since I first contacted them directly to get a better deal for my stay (definitely worth booking direct for better deals and savings). From arrival to check out, I have to say that the staff is the start of our stay - especially Winnie thank you for the amazing tour, and information on the facilities. They made our room extra special for our anniversary, and the great thing about the banjaran is that everything in the room is free to consume! That includes chocolates, peanuts, candies, and drinks.
Would definitely stay here again, and thank you for a memorable experience.

The room was beyond lush. The service was absolutely top notch. The location features natural beauty that is completely unique.
A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle, and to really be pampered. I felt like I got so much value out of my stay. So many amenities were included with the price of the room. Breakfast, fish spa, hot springs, sauna, cold room, access to Lost World of Tambun.
Also features an excellent restaurant for dinner: Jeff's Cellar.
The one time that I wish I could rate SIX STARS on Google Maps ?

β β β β β Booked this place to celebrate my husband's birthday, wrote to them a couple of weeks before to ask a favor if they could do a little bit of surprise for my husband and they really did the surprise. Service from the time we reached at the carpark to our room is pleasant. I like that we can have a little personal hot and cold pool in the comfort of our room and it is really private and surrounded with nature. No kids are allowed so it really serves as the time to rekindle.This place is really an amazing getaway to relax and unwind and made us feel like we need to extend another night here. We booked our dinner at Jeff's Cellar and had so much of great experience on our taste buds. Amazing chef and crews were attentive, I don't know how they know that my husband gets uncomfortable if people sing for him in a crowd but they sang a birthday song with a cake for my husband when it was almost just us left in the place. So pleasantly surprised! Hope this place will continue to be a great getaway for all couples!

β β β β β The staff was super friendly and they take good care of you when u step into the property. That shows commitment at the highest. The ambience of the place and the room it taken care of down to the smallest detail. You will feel pampered and relax with the care given. The room is clean and well prepared. The only small downside is they were doing upgrading work on the water villa when I was there so it's quite loud with the construction noise. But the serene of the forest did mask the sound a bit. Overall it was an enchanting experience staying there. Give it a try as I would definitely return for more.
