The Unit we staying are abit run down not maintaining well, internal and external leakage stain are obviously ! Place are not that clean !
Water pressure are very low in some room , Ground floor room no water supply for the shower !
A damaged Ceiling in One of the Bathroom !
The worst is many of the Remote for Ceilling are not working, Remote for the Main Gate are terrible !
Not TV channels at all , TV Box are just for Show !

Sorry couldn't give full 5 ⭐due to the extreme noise very late at night because of the parties and they disturb your sleep.

Environment: Comfortable
The famous house on the third floor is good, it can accommodate more than ten people and four parking spaces. There are seven rooms, there are private toilets and shared toilets, which will not be described, wait for you to experience it yourself. Close to the city, very easy to get in and out, and also close to the sea. There is no restaurant at night, and friends who want to drink are not afraid that there is no wine here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management should really look at all the beds & toilets inside the house. There r few broken ones & need to be fixed before renting it out. Also, other stuff inside the house as well. Paid a premium price for a mediocre experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy place for big groups of family and friends. We booked the 3 bedrooms unit with 2 bathrooms. The location was good, not too near jonker street and away from the crowd and traffic. The place is clean but water pressure was slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very clean and homely! During cooler weather, the balcony is a great place to hang out.
There is a water dispenser downstairs that is really useful so you don't have to boil or buy water. Host is readily available if you need help.
A couple of items needed replacement as they were leaky/broken but it is not a major put off.
