★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time having my purchases in TheBodyShop and I am very disappointed on the workers' attitude. I stepped into the shop but no one served me at all. I need to ask them for the highly recommended body scrub. She just simply pointed me the way and let me test the body scrub by myself without any explanation. I did not see any passionate of the sales girl over there. She was very unfriendly and not patient. I felt that I was disrespected since I am a customer and I am not supposed to deserve this kind of terrible service. I am really dissapointed at all and not going to visit the shop anymore.
