Interior is quite dark/ romantic. Sourdough is really good here - preferred the kombu butter over truffle butter. Coffee lovers should get the lemon mousse long black coffee! Grilled cheese sandwich here is bomb!!

Came during weekday lunch time, 80-90% occupancy so it is a bit loud and not super ideal for conversations. Bread platter was great with the kombu butter but they would’ve been amazing on their own, too. Portion for beef sandwich was very generous, very hearty and satisfying - would make a great hangover food. Lemon basil meringue danish was beautiful to look at but tasted a little bit disappointing. Coffee was also just so-so for me. Parking can be a little bit difficult especially on weekdays. The situation is a lot better on weekends but then there is usually a long >30min queue.

Gorgeous selection of pastries. The croissant bread & butter pudding was divine and not too sweet. The flavours of seared spiced chicken was so well balanced, tasted very clean and light. Chicken was a bit dry, maybe chicken thigh would have been a better cut.

I would say the service here is pretty good compared to other similar establishments. They are attentive, welcoming, polite and friendly. Finding parking can be slightly challenging (depends on the timing and day) but so far we have been lucky with someone vacating a spot just as we arrived (both times was between 2 - 3pm). Prices here are typical of a cafe. The butter croissant (rm6) is decent - flaky and makes for a good afternoon snack. The peanut butter banana pain au chocolat was not too sweet and generously filled with peanuts. If you come in the afternoon, with only a few tables filled, it’s a comfortable place to catch up and have a conversation with friends.

Love the almond croissant here! Must give it a try. It’s buttery, flakey , fluffy and sinfully indulgent RM10! The pain au was nice but much prefer the croissant. the Signature Grilled Cheese Sandwich RM26, it was really yummy! Must must order! It was gooey it was tasty it was a whole lot of cheese! The Roasted Sweet Potato Hummus RM32 has a rather unique taste with a medley of chickpea mixed with sweet potatoes topped with toasted pine nuts, feta, smoked paprika, sun-dried tomatoes and pomegranates , two perfectly poached eggs and to be savoured with their signature sour dough bread. As tasty as it is sounds, we still prefer the grilled cheese sandwich. Somehow this dish was a tad bland and slightly sour to our liking.

Quality pastries and good service. We were given water while queueing outside. Simple gestures like this really make customers happy. We didn't have to queue for long anyways, only around 10 minutes. Please try their signature almond croissant. The fact that it was warm while it's served, making the custard in the croissant extra yummy. Not to mention their croissant is super crispy. The avocado toast, vanilla custard danish and hot matcha were alright. No complaints. The only thing that needs improvement was the iced latte, it was a bit too bland and we didn't really like it. Overall ambience is alright ?

Food was super good. The bread was flavourful without any additional sauce or condiments. Dessert was nothing short of amazing too. I think because the menu is smaller than any other shops, they are able to focus on the food creation process. Hence the food comes out great. The drinks were not sweet at all, which was fantastic. I loved the ambience too. Only call out, i wish there was more chorizo pieces in the risotto. Other than that it's all good.

Visited a few weeks ago and there was a queue but nothing unexpected given how new it was. The restaurant is tastefully appointed and the overall ambiance pleasant. Service staff was attentive and friendly throughout. The food menu was focused and from the dishes sampled, done quite well. Coffee was also decent with some unique offering. What’s most disappointing about the visit was in fact the bread itself. There were hardly any pastries left on the bread counter (about 1pm), aside from a chocolate danish which was grossly underwhelming. Overall, still a decent brunch place but get better pastries elsewhere.
