And I saw customer leaving because no one come for the order. Leaving the table with full of menu. ??????????????????

โ โ โ โ โ Food is good but no one practically follows SOP at this branch. Manager and waiters speak with their masks off, placed at their chins which defeats the purpose of it entirely. When I tried reserving a table at this branch a day before my visit, the Manager claimed they do not take reservations as itโs based on walk-in. However, recently when I visited, there was a reserved place card on one of the tables and since it was packed at 7.30pm itself, I questioned about that table and the Pinoy waiter mentioned the table was reserved, I was so dumbfounded because previously when I tried reserving, the Manager claimed they donโt take reservations. Totally haywire. Perhaps this outlet needs to be managed by a better team. Disappointing. Velocity outlet is very good though.

Easy to find parking, along the streets plenty of designated parking (night time free).
Ordered beer and it was OK, food was surprisingly good. Highly recommend their Balinese spiced baby pork ribs. So tender and juicy, it just falls off the bones when you bite into it.
Staff can be a little more attentiveand responsive. Despite being not such a busy night, having the waiter to take note of you when needed can be quite difficult.
This is my first "Brew House", not sure about how other outlets do compared to this.

The food tastes good, compared to some other branches within KL.
Clean environment.
This branch is understaffed.
Waited for long before a waiter/waitress is available to take orders (on a few separated visits). Food takes forever to serve during peak hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall the food was good. The portion is just right and taste good. They do serve asian and western cuisine and the price is affordable. Besides that, they do have promotion for beer in case you trying to have a drinks with friends and family but wanted to look for some promotion on beer and they could keep the beer for next time you visit (can refer thier promotion to the place itself). The staff are helpful and friendly even though they under staff. The environment and hygiene is good. Recommended for friend and family who wish to hangout.
