★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Note: I wanted to give a 4.5 star rating but since there is no .5 rating I had to leave the rating at a 4) I am from the US & my review is based on my online experience & my thoughts overall. I purchased two shirts The Prove Em Wrong "Classic Statement" Tee & the "Credits Tee" from the DLLM Collection. This was worth it because I love the message & story behind how The Cap City & the Negat!ve Clothing line started by owner & founder Nigel Sparks.Quality is very important to me & both brands have that as it is top notch.Also, customer service is important as well & they go above & beyond to make sure their customers are happy & satisfied!
The apparel, hats and accessories are unique, stylish & authentic with a lot of street swag that makes you feel confident, empowered & cool once you put them on.When online, it was easy to browse through with no difficulty finding what I needed & the variety of styles is endless. The delivery service was fast & quick in a very short amount of time which I was very pleased with. I received an email from customer service Friday early morning that my package has been shipped & received it by Monday afternoon. This was faster then ordering within the country I live & from other countries as it tends to take longer based on my experience so far.
Inside the package along with the two shirts, I received 3 Negat!ve/Prove Em Wrong stickers & a thoughtful & kind thank you letter from Liang! (Thank you very much Liang!). I tried on the shirts & both are more of a relaxed,looser fit (like an American medium size) & wish it was a little tighter but once I keep them on for a while I felt comfortable in them.
I also had questions & reached out to customer service through email & Nigel made sure my questions were answered. (Thank you Nigel!)
If you plan on visiting Malaysia, make sure you visit The Cap City.If you are not close by like me, I highly recommend you shop on their online store especially if you love caps in a variety of styles & if you are into
unique, exclusive & authentic street wear apparel, hats & accessories that's top notch in quality & has a message we all can live by.
I will definitely continue to support this brand. Thank you Nigel & the whole team for doing all that you do!! Much Love & Respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good customer service with friendly staffs, lots of awesome clothing and caps options in their store. I have bought negative a few times through online and so far i'm loving it! Sometimes they even do some cute lil surprises and giveaways for their customers which is what makes them one of a kind. Definitely should go and check em out if you are crazy for caps and dope clothes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My definite go to cap store! Whenever I need to get my caps cleaned or a brand new fresh cap, CapCity is always my number 1 place. They have a huge variety of caps and hats! Their customer service is excellent as well, taking the effort and extra mile to ensure I always leave the store happy and satisfied. Their caps prices are above what people normally think caps are worth but trust me the prices are justified when you feel the quality of the caps, in other words, A1 quality! CapCity really deserves more attention from the public! Check them out if you're in the area and i guarantee you won't be disappointed. Oh and they got some cool clothing too!
