★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service from the head waiter was excellent but with the regular staff can be a little bit hit and miss. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food considering the reasonable price. Enjoy the food, take a stroll out on the balcony and enjoy the marvelous sea view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a chance to try out the food here at The Captain's Restaurant at the Penang Swimming Club lately and would say the taste is pretty good and prices are fair. The restaurant comes with a nice seaview and service is pretty decent and food is served within a good time frame. The food here is also Halal so suitable for everyone.
Only draw back I believe you need to be a club member to enjoy the food here.

Yes, you do have to be a member of PSC to dine here, unless you are brought in by a member as a guest.
