★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst chicken rice shop outlet...bad service...frm walk in to be seated no one have the time to take our order nor serve us the menu.Order too more than 30mins to be served.The outlet in charge was more worst.take order face like as though u owe them money..dont ever come here

1st we were looking at the menu outside the sjop fine manager walked passed is and went to talk to a table proly frens or someone he knew personly and didn't bother to acknowledge us fine prolly thils we were just looking after awhile we were looking around looking for someone to take us in as the signs says WAIT TO BE SEATED!! No one came so I walked into the shop to 1 of the booth the manager looked as us PASSING BY HIM and called out to us and said a little loud for the petron in the shop to hear. I took my seat at the booth he didn't look happy and ORDERED us to move to another seat which he didn't say where still! I wanted to seat at another booth we were called out by a lady working there to seat other place as that section was closed temporarily for cleaning making us look like fools this time EVERYONE was looking at is like a bunch of monkeys playing catch! If not for my hubby who was craving I would have walked out of the shop!! Nonsense service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the 3 layer drink here... The food is okay... Although it is hard to ask for extra sambal... They did not give it... The foreign waiter's smell aren't good and does kill the mood to eat .. usually crowded with people. I came for 3 layer tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear TCRS boss aeon tebrau! From the first step I walk in (not the first time) ur worker aren't happy with their work, I'm sitting down for 30 mins just get a menu. From my observation, ur outlet lack of workers and ur current worker are struggling handling with the customers. At 12pm saw 2 young lady work in to start their shift... I don't understand how ur shift can be start at 12pm?at the peak hours?! U must be kidding! Im anger despite asking ur staff to take order.. but they are busy handling with other customers, include the customer walk in after me. No point I angry to them because this is due to poor management and staffing issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but you need to wait for it especially during lunch/dinner hours. Super slow services!!! I waited half an hour only to know that my orders wasn't registered AT ALL and have to spend more waiting time for the food. The outlet management need to do something about this disorganisation! I saw a few people just left the premise without ordering/eating.
