โ โ โ โ โ I just want to tell off this. The manager (the one without scarf) can u please serves customer wt a pleasant look and smile. I am your regular customer. Im quite upset today the way she served me. No smile and just put my rice n chicken on the table wt no sauce n walked off. She did this few times and now i hve to complaints. Please change your attitude as a manager. Thank you.

No manpower. Supervisor also helping at kitchen? If dont have manpower, ask for the support from hq. If the outlet cant survive, close it. Or you gonna ruin the brand.

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously lack manpower. Pity the existing staff. So, busy of handling takeouts, they forgot my chili sauce and garlic sauce. Level of freshness of food served here is just not the way I'm used when I go to a CRS.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed, i have ordered many times from this branch via grab and foodpanda, usually they fulfill my request for extra chili, but for the last 5 times in a row, they have been ignoring my extra chili request. This is very disappointing as i usually order for my whole family, the amount of chili they give is so little. Please fix this. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ Service is fast. The taste is decent. Like any other tasty CRS. However, there are some minor issues. First, the presentation of the food is quite bad. The chicken are badly choped, placed onto the plate. I wish they've done it more neatly, not like some R&R restaurants. Second, the portions are bad! Really small portion..! Here, no such thing as generous. Only following SOP. At least thats the manager's reply..

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointed with CNY promotion package cuz the sesame chicken was fried too long. Very hard and wasn't tasty. Real food not same as the brochure picture. True to some comment in this about the staff not being friendly, but they're not properly trained on table serving etiquette. I guess the CRS expand too fast and leading to manpower shortage. Food ok only. Service could be improve, with a smile. Laksa curry noodle delicious. Overall, marketing need to match promo pic with real food presented.
