β β β β β First time dining in this outlet with my daughter and 2 yrs oldgrand daughter~Waiter recommended us to try the Phrospherity Chicken~it sure does look yummyyy in the menu~but we are very dissappointed..we can only get the taste of the batter!!Worst~I had a bad diarrhea..and stomach ache !!The rice is abit over cooked..Will never go back again!!

β β β β β I have been a customer at crs since the beginning of their business. The quality of the food and service is going down the drain from time to time. The bbq sauce is watery and same goes to the the chilli paste. The taste of the bbq chicken and steam chicken is also getting worst. Gado2 came with spoiled cucumber. The only positive thing here the staff were friendly and willing to change the gado2 for pakchoy. High possibility to close business sooner or later if this keep happening. I have been eating TCRS since day one they open their shop. I am not sure the drop in quality got anything to do with mew Japanese company took over on 2019 for 220mil from the Wongβs.

β β β β β Poor service. I have been eating at this restaurant chain ever since it opened in Mid Valley and I never expected it to have such a big quality drop. The BBQ sauce and Chilli paste were very watery. The food has no taste and what's more, the Gadoh-gadoh was spoilt. I am so dissapointed in this particular restaurant and I strongly suggest you eat at this same brand of chicken rice in Setia City Mall where the quality is much better. I recommend to avoid eating TCRS in this mall.
