Too slow at serving food.
Waited at least 15 mins for them to send a bottle of mineral water and 45 mins for the food to be served.
Although not many dine in during ramadhan, they are busy preparing food for buka puasa which is in another 6 hours, instead of serving the ones who are dining in.
Food served was cold also.
The store must revise their SOP
