★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our lunch here today and we ordered grass jelly drink to staff A. The receipt came to us was stated berry jelly which is more expensive. After that my husband told staff A that we ordered grass jelly, not berry jelly. And the staff A told his friend, staff B for correction (staff B typed the receipt at the computer). After that we waited for the new correct receipt but hasn't been delivered to our table. Few minutes later the staff B put a glass of berry jelly on our table and just went away quickly and we did not have chance to talk to her. She left the shop as her work shift had finished. Then we asked staff C to replace the drink with the correct order one and she gave us the grass jelly drink after I had explaining everything. I wondered why they treated us like this. Not even say sorry at all and treated us with sour face. I was talking Malay language with them, why still gave us wrong order? The service also so slow compared to other branch in Tesco Extra Shah Alam. Should improve your service. Please learn how to say sorry when you obviously make mistake. And please learn how to smile. Eventhough your foods are so delicious but if no good manners to your customers, i think your customers will be decreasing. Perhaps it was our first and last experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After shopping at Giant klang, we had late lunch at this Chicken Rice shop in the hypermarket. Looks clean, and we ordered the set for 4 persons, which consists of chicken rice, roasted chicken, bbq chicken, ladys fingers, taufu and a few other foods and soup. All that costs rm79. 90...plus additions for drinks. The foods were ready in less than 10 minutes, and all the foods were really delicious. I love the steamed ladys finger with special chilli sauce toppings. Worth the money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 28/01. Had the new "chicken berapi" menu set. Was attended by a very nice waiter. He was very helpful. I was highly satisfied with the dish I ordered. Tastes good & reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price so expensive nearly twice the chinese hawker store but poor quality chicken meat is served. Taste raw, undercooked and probably not fresh. Got food poisoning from here. Unless, you are looking for halal options, no one in the right mind would come here for chicken rice. i can go to many chinese stall where they serve me more delicious and fresh chicken and char siew pork rice at cheaper price. A piece of advise for non muslims. This shop is not worth it when u have better choice from chinese stall with more options of pork and duck meat.

Ordered a complete set of meal including dessert. We didnt get the desserts but have to pay full amount of money. Poor management services, I must say

WAITED FOR MORE than 10mins just to get the menu, and i didnt get to order. waited a total of 20 MINS for nothing. the shop is very small, cant even handle cust properly. even i had to shout to ask for the menu, they wouldn’t look at you if you talk slowly.

She shouted come to the counter to order for takeover in a rudely manner. If you're in a bad mood just hide inside the kitchen. A neighborhood kopitiam served their customer better than TCRS
