★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is above average, lately there's more selection if you don't fancy the usual chicken rice. Food is quite tasty as well but the price is quite expensive. Place is clean but don't go at peak time as service can get slow..

So i called cutomer service. Alhamdulillah, they treated me well. Settlekan problem smp selesai. The manager dtg send the food sendiri to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to the restaurant in Aeon mall Dato Onn for the first time , and order the meal for one. The value was super good. But the quality was disappointed. All the food was cold, even the soup. Chicken rice and the other condiments should be hot. Only then it will give you the original taste. I order roasted chicken but the sauce was sweet.
After 2 week I when back again, waited almost 10mint for the menu to be given and 15 mint to order been taken, restaurant was not full, the only had 2 table before me and order ala carte meal with the bbq and roaster chicken, and told the waiter to serve the food hot cause first time was not hot.
This time only the soup came hot. All other dish (tofu/ egg/ rice) was again cold. I didn’t bothered to inform the person in charge cause there was no one. For desert I order the Penang Chandol, end up the chendol and the red bean was frozen and taste of ice inside.Didn’t have the soft texture and only sweet didn’t have the taste of santan. I understand now day we all are using frozen items for food, before we could put it in the food it has to be bring down to room temperature, only then it will be tasty. For the price and all the meal deal you guys have is very good but need to look into quality issues also. The main reason I wanted to go to chicken rice shop is cause this shop is very highly spoken in national radio ( light FM).
Hope my feedback will get you attention and improve the food quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the 3rd floor of Aeon. Service was fast. Choose from a variaty of choices of how chicken is prepared to be served with your rice. A typical set comes with soup, chilli sause, chicken, vegetable and a drink. There are side orders available if you feel like having an add on. Value meals for 2 or more people. Baby chairs available. Some drinks are refillable for free.
However, this particular branch is located close to the video arcade. If you're sitting near the entrance, it can be a little noisy. A kiddie's train will passby every 15 minutes. I am sure there are alot more places in Johor Bahru for better chicken rice, but if you have to opt for a healthy fastfood, this is a place to go.
Great place to have a family meal. Can be full or overcrowded during weekends.

I got a picture of the empty table/seat. And lot of custmer queu up .. i just dont know why. Mybe their sop? . I arrive at the restorant around 1.09pm? Now 1.45pm still no food have been serve. I will start working at 2.30.. i have few mins, for lunch .
